Visitors to Windermere Jetty Museum can now purchase a combined museum admission and heritage boat trip ticket from the ticket desk, making it easier to experience Windermere from the shore and the water.
Created to make planning a day out in Windermere even easier, the new ticket includes museum admission and a 30 minute trip across Windermere aboard one of the museum’s beautifully restored heritage boats.
Set on the shores of England’s largest natural lake, Windermere Jetty Museum shares the stories of boats, people and life on Windermere. Visitors can explore historic vessels, exhibitions and displays connected to over 200 years of the region’s boating history before stepping aboard to see the lake from a different perspective.
Combined tickets are available to purchase from the ticket desk only and cannot currently be booked online.
Heritage boat trips are subject to availability and weather conditions.
Windermere Jetty Museum is open daily, 10am–5pm.
