Blackwell’s charming tea room serves delicious seasonal light lunches, cakes and tempting treats using the very best local ingredients. You can add a little fizz to your lunch with our range of beers, prosecco and wines, or just sit and soak up the atmosphere over a pot of Lakeland tea.
With an elegant outdoor terrace, it’s a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the superb views of the lake.

When is the last time I can place an order at the Blackwell Tea room?
The Tea room stops serving main meals at 3pm. Last orders for tea/coffee and tray bakes is 15 minutes before closing.
How do I place an order at the Tea room?
We operate a table service, so sit back and a member of our team will come and take your order. If eating outside please order at the counter.
Does the Tea room have outdoor seating?
We have a selection of outdoor seating at Blackwell including the terrace, lower terrace and south lawn.
Are dogs allowed in the Tea room?
Assistance dogs are welcome in the Tea room.

The Tea room serves drinks and cakes all day. Light lunches and bites served between 12-3pm. We cater for all diets. Please contact us if you have any special requests.
