COVID-19 policy for Windermere Jetty Museum
Government mandated restrictions relating to COVID-19 were lifted in March 2022. At Windermere Jetty Museum, we wish to continue every effort to ensure the safety, comfort and happiness of our visitors and team members. Listed below are some of the measures we are taking.
- You will still find hand sanitiser throughout the building for your use.
- We will continue to regularly sanitise surfaces and encourage airflow through the building, where possible.
- Staff members are actively taking temperature checks every workday on their arrival.
To help minimise the risk of spreading infection, we invite you to support our efforts by following these simple steps:
- Please stay at home if you feel unwell and/or if you test positive for COVID-19.
- While no longer mandatory, if possible, please continue to wear your face mask when inside our building.
- Maintain socially distanced from others wherever possible.
- We would prefer not to handle cash payments, so we encourage you to pay by card or contactless.
- We ask that all visitors be mindful of others and make way for each other.
We would like to thank all our visitors who have and continue to support our efforts in ensuring a safe and comfortable visit to Windermere Jetty Museum.
